From the operation centre to the ambulance, Momentum PRO helps you in emergency management.
Peter suffers a cardiac arrest while walking on the sidewalk.
Fortunately, a passerby witnesses the scene and provides assistance to the man.
01. Receiving the call
The emergency call center 144 receives a call from a passerby reporting a potential cardiac arrest. Anna, the dispatcher, quickly gathers essential information: location of the mission, patient condition, age, and the mission's details.
02. Before the arrival of the ambulance
Anna (the dispatcher) provides immediate instructions, such as checking his breathing and pulse. Simultaneously, first responders are alerted via Momentum.
For missions involving multiple rescuers, all of them can be viewed.
03. Alerting of the ambulance
Individual mobile units are alerted through Momentum PRO. Upon departure, the "En route" button is clicked.
If necessary, an emergency doctor will be sent to the scene.
04. On the ambulance
The mission location is displayed in the app, and a navigator is integrated to make the route easier.
05. Arrival on scene
Upon arrival, Maria (the paramedic) clicks "Arrived at the mission location" and subsequently "Arrived at the patient."
06. Advanced care
If the patient responds to resuscitation, he is stabilized and then prepared for transport to the hospital. The app status is updated to "En route to the hospital (hospital EOC)."
The mission is managed simultaneously via the iPad on the ambulance and the iPhones of the rescuers.
07. Arrival at the hospital
The patient is transferred to the emergency room or a specialized ward for further care, and the app status is updated to "Arrived at the hospital (hospital EOC)."
Hospital staff receive the patient information via our system as soon as the destination hospital is selected.
